Overview
We are newly formed Luxury Vacation Rental, Property Management, and Home Services company located in the Charleston, SC area. We are looking for a graphic designer to help us develop brand guidelines, create branded documents, create marketing pieces and basically execute and enhance our brand visions.

Duties

• Create brand guidelines and brand packages for outside vendors to use.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content using Adobe After Effects and other industry-standard tools to enhance brand storytelling
• Design visually stunning digital assets such as social media graphics, website banners, and presentation materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and InVision
• Collaborate team members to understand project goals, provide creative direction, and deliver polished designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables
• Conduct photo manipulation, digital art creation, and layout design for print advertising or sign manufacturing as needed
• Ensure consistency in color management, typography, and overall visual design across all platforms and media
• Use AI and set up system within AI platform that helps others implement and produce items to brand standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, logo design, motion graphics, and digital art
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, InVision, HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript knowledge is a plus
• Solid understanding of art direction, color theory, typography, UI/UX design principles, and production design processes
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms for web design projects
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to clients or team members
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills in a remote or flexible setting
• Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes or print advertising is advantageous but not required
• Must have own computer and softwares needed to execute projects.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
