Furry Fellas is hiring for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator (100% Work from Home)
Ideal candidate will be located in RI , MA or FL.
Part time 5-15hrs or 10-20hrs
Coordinate pet care services, answer client & staff questions via email and phone. Ensuring all requests/communications are carried out in accordance with company protocol/policies and in compliance with law.
Must be able to excel in a fast paced environment, be extremely organized, follow detailed instructions and always on top of things. Quick learner, multi-tasker, leadership/supervisory skills Ideal.

Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC has been in business since 2006. Our services include a variety of dog walking & pet sitting services. In addition to our pet. care services we believe in giving back to the community and host and organize annual fundraising events for local animal rescues in addition to some fun community events for the pets and their pet parents.
We currently have 25+ walkers / sitters on staff and were voted in the TOP 3 Pet Service Companies for 8 years in a row!

Client Care Coordinator Duties:
-Customer Service Duties; answering clients questions, helping with their booking needs and addressing their concerns via phone and email, sending estimates/invoices and handling virtual payments. Responding to emails and carrying out those requests. Answering phone calls.
- Scheduling client/staff meetings, scheduling pet sitting and dog walking appointments. Support staff in answering questions they have about their clients, scheduled appointments, etc... Maintaining systems and cloud drive and keeping everything up to date including call log, key log, online protocols and our online customer / staff database. Ensuring all client & staff requests / communications are in alignment with company policies / protocol.
Client Care Coordinator Hours:
Ideal candidate would have a flexible schedule to be able to work where needed and to occasionally help to cover other office staff vacation time
Our hours are Monday-Sun 9am-9pm and an example of shifts are listed below...
-Mondays through Sundays 9am-1/2pm or 1:30/2:30pm to 5:30/6:30pm or 6/7-9pm
-Requires 2 weekends per month (Sat/Sun) and holiday check ins. Holidays are split up among coordinator team
-Time off can be scheduled in advance and the schedule goes out 1 month at a time so you can plan ahead.
Work Location:
The Client Care Coordinator position is a fully remote position including training.
RI & MA preferred but will consider other locations with prior experience who can meet all position requirements. All training will be remote - from your home using a computer, high speed internet connection & phone. Must have a quiet space to train & work with no distractions
For the Client Care Coordinator Position you will need:
-A quiet work location in your home where you can work without interruptions. Our office gets very busy so you will need to be able to make it a priority and give it your full attention during work hours.
-High speed internet (in your home), laptop computer, Microsoft Word & cell phone
Qualifications;
-Administrative / office / receptionist experience required; at least 1year working in a busy office environment handling phones / emails / incoming requests, customer service and booking appointments.
-At least 1year of prior professional experience working with animals or 1 year completion of schooling / degree in an animal related field
-Ability to type. Speed of at least 50-60 WPM required. The office can get very busy and you will receive anywhere from 100-200+ emails per day during the weekdays and anywhere from 50-100+ emails per day on the weekend days (Sat/Sun).
-College Degree / Associates but Bachelor's Degree preferred.
-Leadership / Supervisor / Management skills a plus
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
-Strong customer service skills, must be extremely organized & have a strong attention to detail, be able to stay on top of things and keep the office/inbox/system/cloud drive organized and up to date.
-Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and always be on top of things.
-Computer / Microsoft Word / Smart Phone / Internet / Typing / Email literate
Veterinary Receptionist and Pet Care Facilities Receptionists are encouraged to apply!
Leadership, Supervisors and Management Skills a plus!

Compensation & Growth Structure
This role includes a structured growth and advancement system based on performance, reliability, workflow management, protocol adherence, accountability, and ability to work independently in a high-volume remote environment.

Note: This is an employee based / W2 position and Furry Fellas must be the only pet sitting / dog walking company that you work for while employed in this position.
