Paragon Advisory Partners is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect & Build Lead to design, implement, and own a custom Salesforce platform supporting a specialized, document-intensive professional services practice focused on California rent-control fair return petitions.
This is not a standard CRM administration role. You will build and manage the operational backbone of our business — including workflow automation, document verification, billing, approval processes, reporting, and integrations with external systems.
We are looking for someone who can architect practical, scalable solutions while working directly with leadership in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
Platform Architecture & Build
- Design and implement a custom Salesforce environment from the ground up
- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, automations, and reporting
- Develop a multi-phase case management lifecycle with enforced gate reviews and compliance tracking
- Implement security architecture including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and permissions
Integrations & Systems
- Integrate Salesforce with: DocuSign or Adobe Sign; QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software; SharePoint, Google Drive, or Box; OCR/document AI tools such as AWS Textract or Google Document AI
- Build and maintain document management and extraction workflows
- Support email and calendar integrations
Reporting & Operations
- Create operational dashboards and reporting for leadership
- Maintain data integrity and system quality standards
- Train internal staff on Salesforce usage and workflows
- Support future platform enhancements and expansion into additional jurisdictions
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- 2+ years in a Salesforce Architect, Lead Admin, or Senior Developer role
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required
- Strong experience with: Flow automation; Validation rules; Approval processes; Lightning App Builder; Custom objects and relationships; Security and sharing architecture
- Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building systems for legal, financial, healthcare, or other compliance-heavy industries
- Experience with case management or workflow-driven platforms
- Experience with Experience Cloud portals
- Familiarity with professional services billing models
- Experience working directly with executives or founding partners
