We specialize in the treatment of the neck, back pain, sports and work-related injuries. Our top priority is providing quality care to our community. What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $70,000-$85,000/year based on experience
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (with 2-year commitment)
• Flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s) and reasonable caseloads (12-15 patients/day)

Who We Are:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia or eligible (Must obtain within 12 months of hire date)
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); ability to work independently and collaboratively; computer skills (intermediate level); detail-oriented; meet deadlines, patient focused mindset; compassionate; patience; integrity & trust; listening; time management.

What You Will do:

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Communicate effectively with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, postural correction, and home exercise programs.
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Administrator passive manual therapeutic exercise and/or therapeutic massage and traction, ultrasound, and/or other modalities.
• Instruct, motivate, and/or assist patients to improve functional activities such as transfer and ambulation, work related duties and help restore patient original status.
• Maintain thorough documentation using EMR system (experience preferred) coupled with AI documentation for proficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
• Responsible to stay current with continuing education credits.
• Perform other related duties as required/assigned.
