We’re building a people analytics system that helps CEOs actually understand, hire, and lead their teams—and we’re not doing it the old SaaS way.

What you’ll do:

• Take an existing platform and rapidly improve it
• Translate the founder’s ideas into product
• Own what gets built (and what doesn’t)
• Embed AI into the core experience (not bolt it on)
• Design for both users and AI agents interacting with the system
• Direct existing developers and future resources
• Use AI to accelerate development and reduce cost
• Drive fast execution (Now / Next / Later—not slow roadmaps)

Who you are:

• Strong product instincts
• Technically capable, but not just a coder
• Understand modern AI-first development (LLMs, agents, etc.)
• Comfortable stepping into an existing system and making it better
• Willing to challenge ideas and push for better outcomes

• Pure engineers who just want tickets
• People who need heavy structure or slow timelines
• Anyone thinking in outdated development models

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
