Commercial Electrical ForemanOverview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead electrical construction projects throughout Texas. This individual will be responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily jobsite activities, ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
A valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License is required for this position.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews on active construction projects.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily work activities to maintain project schedules and productivity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and verify commercial electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Coordinate work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor workmanship and perform quality control inspections to ensure installations meet project specifications and company standards.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies by conducting regular jobsite inspections and safety meetings.
- Schedule labor effectively and monitor crew productivity while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and tools to support project timelines.
- Identify and resolve field issues while minimizing project delays.
- Mentor, train, and develop apprentice and journeyman electricians.
- Complete daily reports and communicate project progress with project management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of five (5) years of commercial electrical experience with previous foreman or crew leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and commercial electrical installation practices.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction documents.
- Experience leading crews on commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Procore or similar construction management software is preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
