Action Lock and Safe is currently seeking an experienced locksmith, to go out on calls, in the Tampa Bay Area and to help in the shop. This prospect employee needs to be able to:

A. Cut keys, Re-key, and master re-key locks. Install, repair and replace commercial and residential hardware. Ex: panic bars, door closers, electronic locks, safe combo change etc.

B. Automobile knowledge will be helpful.

C. Access Control experience would be a plus.

D. Safe knowledge is a plus..

• Maintain open communication with Dispatcher & Customers
• Ensure projects will be completed on time
• Process invoices through Desco App software
• Follow up with signed Work Orders as needed
• Keep van clean and well stocked with parts and tools
• Help in the shop with locksmithing when off the road.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years Locksmith experience
• Customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
• Adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
• Ability to adhere to company policy.
