About the Role
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst / ERP Administrator to serve as the primary owner and point of contact for our ERP system, with a key focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) as we prepare for and move through implementation.
This role combines ERP migration support, long‑term system ownership, business process optimization, and hands‑on support in a manufacturing environment.
You will play a key role in ERP migration, cutover, stabilization, and post‑go‑live ownership while supporting the users across operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
This is a highly visible, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business and improving systems day‑to‑day.
What You Will Do
ERP Implementation & Ownership (Dynamics 365 F&O)
- Serve as the primary functional and administrative owner of the ERP system.
- Partner with implementation consultants during migration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Support configuration reviews, testing cycles, data validation, and go‑live readiness.
- Own ERP configuration, master data governance, user access, security roles, and workflows.
- Act as the first point of contact and escalation for ERP questions, issues, and enhancements.
- Ensure system usage aligns with business processes, internal controls, and operational standards.
- Support post‑go‑live stabilization and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
Manufacturing & Business Process Support
- Support core manufacturing processes including production, inventory, procurement, and finance.
- Analyze current‑state processes and ERP usage to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into ERP configurations or enhancement requests.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness activities.
- Assist with reporting, operational dashboards, and data integrity initiatives.
Level 1 & 2 User & IT Support (Onsite)
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support, with primary focus on ERP and business applications, including:
- ERP users
- Core business systems
- User laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues for onsite users.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access provisioning.
- Act as the onsite IT support as needed, coordinating with external IT partners for infrastructure‑related services (servers, networking, security) as required.
Governance, Reporting & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with Microsoft partners, ERP vendors, and external IT providers.
- Support audit requirements, access reviews, and segregation of duties controls.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Assist with reporting and insights using Dynamics 365 and related tools.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ERP administration, business systems support, or systems analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM
- Hands‑on experience supporting an ERP system in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work directly with business users.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as the primary internal owner of business systems.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
- Familiarity with:
- Microsoft Power BI
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Basic understanding of networking and server environments.
- Participation in at least one ERP implementation or major upgrade.
- Experience working with ERP implementation partners or managed service providers.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
