Mulesoft Developer

Accounting Seed is a rapidly growing accounting software company that sells a leading edge application on the Salesforce.com platform. We are the fusion of two disciplines: Information Technology and Accounting.

We are in immediate need of a Mulesoft Developer to join our Product Development Team.

We are looking for a Mulesoft Developer to work as part of an agile product development team, interacting with SME’s, the QA team, the Development team, and the Release Manager. You need to be a charismatic, engaging team player able to handle multiple priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Create prototypes for new solutions based on business requirements and user feedback
• Communicate project status to other team members, including managers and stakeholders
• Review existing code and making improvements or suggest new solutions to problems
• Develop new features or functionality for an application based on specifications provided by the client or company
• Test applications after development is complete to ensure they function as intended
• Create and maintain documentation of software development processes and procedures for future projects
• Review project scope and create estimates of costs and time required to complete projects
• Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies that may impact your field, such as artificial intelligence (AI) or big data analytics
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and gather feedback on progress

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, software engineering or related field
• Experience with data integrations on the Salesforce platform
• Mulesoft Certified Developer – Level 1 and Level 2 is a plus
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a product owner in an agile environment.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into specific requirements for a software development team to build test plans and code from.
• Excellent documentation skills providing exact details in a concise, logical, unambiguous format and language.
• A track record of following through on commitments
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
