The role: You'll own facility maintenance for our Mosteller Road regional hub and several Cincinnati-area showrooms — repairs, fixtures, systems, and improvements across multiple sites, with a company maintenance van and the autonomy to manage your own schedule and priorities. You'll also support our install teams in customers' homes and cross-train in appliance repair — a paid path into one of the most stable technical trades there is.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Site Facility Maintenance: Own the upkeep of our Mosteller Road warehouse and several Cincinnati-area showrooms — general repairs, fixtures, lighting, doors, safety items, and facility improvements, prioritized and scheduled by you.

Install Support: Assist our field teams with in-home installations of dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, and vent hoods, including the cabinet and trim work that makes every job look factory-perfect.

Appliance Repair Cross-Training: Learn diagnostics and repair alongside our technical standards — paid training toward a high-value specialty.

Professional Representation: Whether in our stores or a customer's home — tidy work, clear communication, respect for the space.

What We Are Looking For:

Senior Hands-On Skills: 3+ years in property maintenance, facilities, or the trades. Maintenance supervisors and leads tired of the on-call grind are exactly who we're looking for.

Strong Fundamentals: Confident with power tools, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and general carpentry.

A Self-Starter's Discipline: You can run a multi-site punch list without anyone standing over you — and you don't call a job done until it's done right.

Reliability: A valid driver's license and the work ethic to keep multiple locations on schedule.
