Mondepar is offering a Social Media Video Editor Intern the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in filmmaking while working directly with the director and producers on a feature film with major stars attached. This is a rare chance to build industry connections, grow as a filmmaker, and be part of a project that is actively reshaping how Latino stories are told in Hollywood, right from the inside, throughout the entire production.

Qualifications

• Passionate about film and social media storytelling
• Fluent in TikTok and Instagram Reels culture, trends, and pacing
• Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent)
• Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
• Culturally literate with a sharp eye for what stops the scroll
• Strong communication and time management skills

All footage and creative direction will be provided. Your role is to transform that material into compelling short-form content that moves people.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form vertical videos (approximately 60 seconds) for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Add text overlays, captions, memes, and trending audio to raw footage
• Identify and flag relevant trends worth jumping on
• Collaborate directly with the director and producers on creative direction
• Produce a consistent volume of content throughout the film's production
• Help maintain a cohesive visual and tonal identity across all platforms
