Micrologic is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our Project & Implementation team. This role assists in coordinating the successful execution of client projects related to software, hardware, and installation services. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Field Technicians, Client Success teams, and customers to help ensure projects are organized, communicated effectively, and delivered on time.
This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow within project management and client operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Project Managers with coordinating client implementation and installation projects from kickoff through completion.
- Support scheduling efforts for field technicians, implementation teams, and client onboarding activities.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Track project milestones, action items, and dependencies within the project management system.
- Create and maintain project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and reports.
- Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed within required timelines.
- Escalate project risks, delays, or client concerns to the appropriate Project Manager or department leadership.
- Assist with coordinating procurement, shipping, and installation logistics as needed.
- Help facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new and existing clients.
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting action items, and tracking follow-ups.
- Develop a working knowledge of Micrologic products, services, workflows, and implementation processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Support, Warehouse, Finance, and Field Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure data integrity within CRM and project management tools.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, operations, implementation support, or a related role.
- Experience working in a technology, SaaS, operations, or service-oriented environment preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems and project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Prior experience supporting client-facing projects or implementations is preferred.
