As part of New York State’s 1115 Medicaid Waiver, NSIPA plays a key role in identifying, screening, and addressing health-related social needs by connecting Medicaid members to community-based resources and care supports. These services are designed to strengthen provider efficiency, address health related social care needs, and advance value‑based care and population health opportunities. Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and solutions-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing 1115 Medicaid Waiver program. This role will serve as a key operational resource, helping ensure smooth execution of program initiatives, resolving platform and workflow issues, coordinating special projects, and supporting cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has experience working within Medicaid, managed care, care management, population health, social care, or healthcare operations environments and thrives in a fast-paced setting where priorities can shift quickly.
