Compensation: $58,000 - $61,000 per year
We’re looking to add a Bilingual Field Recruiter to the team—we need someone who’s looking to be a brand representative to potential new hires on the frontlines, thrives in people-focused interaction and high-volume communications. We are looking for our candidates to be based out of Iowa and Colorado and support some of our most active sites in these cities!
This role will partner closely with Operations and Human Resources leaders to ensure that staffing models at the site-level are maintained with a strong pipeline of individuals, drive the hiring experience and coordinate job fairs.

Job Overview
The HR Staffing Specialist (Field Recruiter) will be responsible for partnering with Operations and HR Field to understand hiring needs, support staffing efforts personally or through subordinate supervisor, and assist in onboarding new hires from start to finish.

Education and/ or Experience - Associate degree from a College or University or six months to one-year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - May required to have a valid driver’s license
Compensation: $58,000 - $61,000 per year
Shift: . In office/onsite Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
(Due to specific projects, travel flexibility might be required).
