Purpose:

Seasoned technical leader with deep experience in IGA lifecycle management workflow, custom application onboarding, enterprise security & IAM architecture at scale. This role is responsible for leading the assessment, design, development, testing, implementation and integration of complex IGA solutions across diverse client environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements by establishing trusted relationships, setting clear & realistic expectations and ensuring disciplined planning and execution
• Architect and govern enterprise grade identity lifecycle management solutions aligned to best practices, emerging standards and organizational risk posture
• Define and champion IAM strategy, roadmaps and reference architectures across complex, multi-platform environments
• Mentor and guide engineers and developers, elevating team capabilities through hands on coaching and knowledge sharing
• Evaluate, recommend and interpret changes in legal, regulatory and technical landscapes translating impact into actionable guidance

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IAM architecture, security engineering and related disciplines
• Proven track record leading large scale IAM implementations and integrations across enterprise environments
• Veza ILM hands on experience with Veza’s Identity Security Platform including access intelligence, identity lifecycle management JML workflows, access reviews and non-human identity management familiarity with Veza’s integrations
• Strong experience in compliance frameworks, advanced proficiency in identity protocols, mastery of authentication and access paradigms and expert level understanding of cloud security across Azure with cloud native identity services & hybrid architectures
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders

Pay: $155,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
