Duties:

HOH is seeking a Client Construction Manager/General Contractor for CMGC Program Development and Pilot Project familiar with Illinois Tollway Authority. This position requires the ideal candidate to:

1. Create template documents

-creating an RFQ document

-coordination with client staff and internal training

2. Internal Client process development

-assist in developing additional processes that agreed to with client and added to the Alternative Delivery Manual and the Procurement Alternative Delivery Manual

3. Pilot Project Management Support to the Client

-Project Scope Development for RFQ which reduces risk and optimizes the delivery method

4. Pilot Procurement Document Development Support

-RFQ Development, Review and Guidance

-helps develop the Concept set plans, initially creates RFQ from template documents and updates procurement documents and updates procurement documents from comments

-has extensive experience preparing procurement document for an agency and can apply those skills effectively with the Client

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management,

· At least 3 years of experience in Construction Management or as a General Contractor.

• A PE, FE, or EIT is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
