Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our dynamic warehouse team. Duties

• Receive, review, and verify incoming orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts as needed.
• Load and unload shipments safely with appropriate equipment such as forklifts and load & unload tools.
• Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, inventory checks, and updating the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ensure proper packaging of items to prevent damage during transit while adhering to shipping & receiving protocols.
• Assist in order fulfillment by selecting items efficiently through picking & packing procedures aligned with customer specifications.
• Support shipping activities by preparing documentation, labeling packages accurately, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch.
• Utilize MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) like AS400 or similar platforms to track inventory levels and order statuses.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy.
• Operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely following all safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Valid certification for forklift operation, reach truck, or pallet jack handling preferred.
• Experience with shipping & receiving processes including order picking, packing, and loading.
• Ability to operate RF scanners accurately for order processing tasks.
• Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse distribution practices within e-commerce environments.
• Knowledge of AS400 or similar MRP systems for inventory tracking is advantageous.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and operate warehouse equipment safely.
