Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Buyer to join our procurement team in the electronic manufacturing industry. Duties

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify sourcing needs and develop purchasing strategies.
• Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contracts that align with company goals.
• Monitor inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Coordinate logistics activities including shipping schedules, customs documentation, and delivery tracking to optimize supply chain flow.
• Support procurement processes by analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining comprehensive records of purchase transactions, contracts, and supplier communications for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with ERP systems
• Strong understanding of materials management, procurement processes, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to establish mutually beneficial vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory control techniques including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and logistics coordination..
• Ability to analyze data related to pricing, production planning, merchandising, and inventory levels for strategic decision-making.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
