Calling all Metal Mavericks and Arc Artisans! Are you ready to trade the standard grind for the high-voltage excitement of our swing shift manufacturing crew? As our Welder, you aren't just joining a production line-you are the master of fusion, responsible for transforming raw metal components into high-quality structural masterpieces. Using your mastery of heat and precision, you'll bring blueprints to life and ensure every joint is rock-solid.
This is a full-time position featuring a fantastic, compressed Monday through Thursday (4/10) schedule, from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. We pay what you're worth, offering a competitive range of $21.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on your experience.

Responsibilities
The Fusion Expert: Masterfully weld metal components together according to specific layouts, blueprints, and work orders using GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) processes.
Material Maestro: Work across a variety of metals, including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, ensuring the perfect bond every time.
The Blueprint Whisperer: Accurately interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols to guide your craftsmanship.Tool Technician: Safely and effectively operate hand tools, clamps, and jigs to set up and secure your work for the perfect weld.
Quality Guardian: Inspect your welds for quality, ensuring they meet our high standards and the rigorous requirements of the job.
The Clean Sweep: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation?a true metal worker respects their domain.
Working hours: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
Technical Pedigree: A technical school certificate in welding or 1-2 years of solid experience in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced Dexterity: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and a steady hand that produces clean, consistent beads every time.
Symbol Savvy: A deep understanding of advanced weld symbols and layout techniques that goes beyond the basics.
