EveryDay We Care, LLC is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Director of Growth & Partnerships (DDP) to join our team. This full-time, in-office leadership role combines developmental disabilities program oversight with business development, community outreach, and strategic partnership growth.

About the Role
The Director of Growth & Partnerships (DDP) provides leadership and oversight of developmental disability services while driving agency growth through community outreach, referral development, and strategic partnerships. This position works closely with participants, families, support coordinators, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and program expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight & Service Coordination
- Oversee developmental disability waiver services and direct support personnel.
- Ensure services are person-centered, compliant, and aligned with participant goals.
- Provide guidance on Individual Service Plan (ISP) implementation and service quality.
- Serve as a liaison between families, support coordinators, providers, and regulatory agencies.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and professional forums.
Business Development & Community Partnerships
- Develop and execute strategies to grow private homecare and developmental disability services.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, schools, rehabilitation providers, case managers, advocacy groups, faith-based organizations, and community partners.
- Represent EveryDay We Care at networking events, community meetings, and outreach activities.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and market growth.
- Track referral activity, community engagement efforts, and census growth trends.
Assessments & Quality Assurance
- Conduct or oversee functional assessments and service evaluations.
- Monitor implementation of Behavior Support Plans and Crisis Plans when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with DBHDD, DCH, HCBS, and Medicaid waiver requirements.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory reviews.
- Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Licensed professional (RN, LCSW, LPC, BCBA, Psychologist, etc.) OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
- Knowledge of DBHDD, DCH, HCBS Waiver Services, person-centered planning, and ISP processes.
- Experience building referral networks, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in business development, healthcare marketing, community engagement, or census growth initiatives.
- Experience working within developmental disability or homecare service environments.
