**This is a newly created position! The location for this position can be flexible - full time in Laurelton NY, or full time in Somerset NJ, with some possible hybrid remote (WFH). **

Summary:

As Epic continues to expand business operations & strengthen Risk Management framework, we seek a Compliance Specialist to support the growing needs in Contract Management, Compliance Processes & Day to Day Risk Control. The right candidate will work closely with the Director Risk Management & play a key part in handling high volume, routine compliance & contract related work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Contract & Compliance Operations

• Review routine contracts and perform compliance and formatting checks
• Maintain and organize compliance policies, procedures, and documentation
• Ensure consistency and standardization across contract templates and processes
• Track and manage contract approval workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate contract execution
• Monitor contract lifecycle, including key milestones and expiration dates
• Other ad-hock projects as assigned by Director Risk Management

Compliance Support

• Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks and internal policies
• Assist in ongoing risk management and compliance initiatives
• Provide day-to-day compliance support to business functions

Must have Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• 1–5 years of experience in commercial agreements, compliance, contract management, legal operations, or related areas;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent reading, writing in English
• Microsoft Word, Excel
