We are a small, fast-moving team and we rely on each person to own their work. As Project Coordinator, you will manage client relationships, keep multiple projects on track simultaneously, and serve as the primary link between clients, and our sales and technical teams.
Our clients depend on us to deliver — and they depend on you to keep them informed and confident throughout. The role requires sharp communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to switch gears quickly when priorities shift. We are actively bringing new technology solutions and AI-powered applications to market. The landscape evolves and you will evolve with it — learning new tools, new platforms, and new approaches as we grow.
Who We Are
Gibbs Software Solutions is an established community-focused technology company serving local organizations across the Boston South Shore region - nonprofits, service providers, and mission-driven businesses that need a true software partner. We build and manage software platforms, data integrations, API solutions, and custom automation tools. The work is hands-on, and everyone here takes ownership. We are growing and we want the right people building with us.
The Role
You will work directly with company leadership and our lead developer — allowing for fast decisions and clear communication. You are the connective tissue between our clients and the technical work: keeping things organized, communication flowing, and deliverables on track across multiple engagements at once.

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. We are open to both W-2 and 1099 arrangements depending on candidate preference and fit. Compensation structure and details are discussed during the interview process.
