We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective products. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, driving project execution, revenue forecasting, schedule management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple programs from launch through completion, ensuring project schedules, budgets, and customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, engineering, and outside service providers to support on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships while responding to customer inquiries and requests.
• Lead project status meetings, monitor production progress, and identify and mitigate program risks.
• Review customer orders, engineering changes, RFQs, and financial performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly revenue forecasts and provide status updates to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional communication and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Program Management experience, within aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
• Strong background in CNC machining, distribution, procurement, quoting, and project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
