Overview
We are seeking a full-time experienced Senior Business Valuation Analyst to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in business valuation, financial reporting, and strategic advisory. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation analyses of closely held businesses and provide advisory and other litigation support services for a diverse client base.
Client Service Excellence

Expertise & Technical Skills
· Financial Modeling: Build, update, and review quantitative valuation models using generally accepted business valuation methodologies.
· Research: Conduct comprehensive industry, economic, and market research to support valuation assumptions and document findings.
· Report Drafting: Assist in drafting clear, well-supported valuation reports in accordance with professional standards.
· Data Analysis: Compile and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and transaction data.
Personal & Professional Growth
· Builds internal and external networks and identifies expanded service opportunities.
· Seeks opportunities for training and increased responsibility.
· Participates in firm initiatives and programs.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
· Applicants will be expected to pursue a valuation-related professional designation, such as the ABV, CVA, and/or ASA
· 5+ years of public accounting experience
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Attributes
· Credentialed Business Valuation Analyst: ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation), CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst), or ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser)
· Proficiency with Word and Excel. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
· Motivated, dependable, and professional.
· Interest in professional development and building client relationships
· Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
· Strong written/verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
