Program Manager
Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
· 5–8+ years of program or project management experience in software, SaaS, technology, or related domains.
· Experience working in cross‑functional environments with Engineering, Product, and Test teams.
· Proven experience guiding large technical teams to deliver software solutions within cost, quality, and time constraints.
· Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with object-oriented design principles.
· Strong technical aptitude and ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
· Experience with both packaged and bespoke software delivery, including greenfield projects.
· Proficiency in Agile delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Preferred Skills & Experience
· Agile certification preferred (e.g. Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP), or PMP with relevant Agile delivery experience.
· Experience delivering projects in healthcare or regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Execution
· Lead day‑to‑day execution across multiple cross‑functional teams.
· Drive integrated plans, sprint/release alignment, and delivery predictability.
Cross‑Functional Alignment
· Partner closely with Product Management to define program scope, objectives, requirements, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
· Align Engineering/Test/DevOps/Security/Support to deliver outcomes.
Program Planning & Roadmapping
· Build roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and capacity; incorporate NFRs and operational readiness into critical path planning
· Ensure alignment between program plans and product roadmap commitments.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
· Proactively manage platform, architecture, and integration dependencies, drive mitigation and decision closure.
· Maintain clear and accurate RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Status Reporting & Governance
· Provide crisp, decision-oriented program health reporting
· Prepare materials for leadership reviews, steering committees, and cross‑functional updates.
Release Readiness & Coordination
· Coordinate cross-team activities required for release readiness, including testing, documentation, training, and support planning and delivery expectations.
Agile Practices & Continuous Improvement
· Support Agile practices, identify opportunities to strengthen delivery processes, workflows, and operating mechanisms.
Stakeholder Communication & Facilitation
· Facilitate cross-team meetings, workshops, and planning sessions to drive alignment and decision-making.
· Ensure stakeholders have visibility into program goals, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
Documentation & Operational Rigor
· Ensure program documents, decisions, requirements, and change controls are captured and maintained.
· Promote consistency and adoption of PMO frameworks, templates, and processes.
Pay: $75.00 per hour
