Upper Level Marketing is growing our Worcester sales team and is seeking a Client Relations Assistant. The Client Relations Assistant will be inside our store, helping clients pick AT&T cell phones and data plans that actually match their habits. The Client Relations Assistant then floats around the sales floor like a social butterfly, striking up sales conversations with our clients. Responsibilities of the Client Relations Assistant
- Welcome clients into the store to discuss how new AT&T cell phones and versatile data plans can improve their daily digital experiences.
- Enhance sales outcomes by illustrating how AT&T keeps our clients connected and entertained with high-speed, reliable internet on the move.
- Offer expert advice on AT&T data plans, matching each client’s lifestyle and budget with the most suitable package for their communication needs.

- Deliver personalized support for AT&T mobile services, ensuring clients feel confident in their choice of device features and add-on protections.

Qualifications of a Client Relations Assistant
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
