Job Overview
The District Manager in Training (DMIT) is a leadership development role designed to prepare high-potential candidates for multi-store management within a growing automotive repair and tire retail organization. This position provides hands-on experience in store operations, sales leadership, customer service, team development, inventory management, and financial performance. The DMIT will work closely with Area Managers and Store Managers to learn best practices, drive operational excellence, and support business growth across multiple locations.
