Radio Communications Technician for public safety radio communications system in Newburgh area (soon to be upgraded to a new, computer-based system). Need electrical experience, preferably troubleshooting with test equipment. Prefer experience with 2-way radios and peripherals, including ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot, base stations,and mobile radios. RF experience desired, but also is a willingness to learn. Training and company vehicle provided. Additional pay for on-call availability once qualified.
Harris radio experience and FCC license a plus.
