NuBilt Restoration & Construction is a Colorado owned and operated Restoration and Construction Company dealing primarily in emergency fire & water mitigation of insurance claims for residential, commercial and industrial sites. As a licensed General Contractor, NuBilt continues to expand its services in the roofing, remodeling and renovation markets, benefiting from over 29 years serving the community.

NuBilt is on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager, with extensive exterior experience, to join our team. This pivotal role is centered around transforming project scopes and budgets into successfully completed projects, on time and within budget. As a Project Manager at NuBilt, you will be a key part of project execution, ensuring smooth progress from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain necessary permits for construction projects.
• Ensure all materials required for projects are procured and ready for use.
• Coordinate scheduling for a diverse team of in-house technicians and subcontractors.
• Engage with homeowners through regular communication and walkthroughs, ensuring clarity and satisfaction with the progress and outcomes of projects.
• Diligently maintain and update all project documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Oversee the quality of work completed to deliver a product both you and NuBilt are proud to stand behind.

• Brings a strong foundation of knowledge and professionalism to the table.
• Has a proven track record of completing projects punctually, adhering to budget constraints, and achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Is adept at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and pays meticulous attention to every detail.
• Displays a high level of comfort with technology and ability to navigate in web-based programs and Office 365.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least five (5) years of construction management experience.
• At least five (5) years of hands-on experience in construction.
• At least five (5) years of experience in customer service-oriented roles.
• At least three (3) years of experience in exterior construction.
• Availability to work weekends/evenings on a rotational on-call basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish with a solid understanding of construction terminology.
• Holders of a degree in construction management or a Project Management certification will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
