Pacific Bay Recovery is seeking a Director of Business Development

Pacific Bay Recovery operates a highly selective program focused on long-term outcomes and clinical integrity. We are seeking a relationship-driven business development professional to build strategic referral partnerships with physicians, payers, TPAs and select referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with:

• Third Party Administrators (TPAs)
• Employer benefits managers
• Psychiatrists and physicians
• Interventionists and case managers

Position program for:

• Complex, high-acuity cases
• Out of network and self funded PPO patients

Serves as a clinical liaison (not a salesperson) between:

• Referral sources
• Admissions team

Identify and develop:

• PPO referral channels
• Self funded employer pipelines

5+years experience in:

• Behavioral health business development
• Or healthcare relationship management

Strong understanding of:

• PPO insurance models
• Utilization review
• Levels of care (RTC, PHP, IOP)

Ability to communicate with:

• Physicians
• Executives
• Families in crisis

Maintain high ethical standards in all outreach and communications.
