Role Overview
As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding SureFlow’s presence in the United States market. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and supporting the company’s growth strategy through direct outreach and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Research and identify prospective clients and business opportunities across the U.S. market.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads aligned with SureFlow’s energy and IoT solutions.
- Conduct outreach campaigns through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Qualify and nurture leads, converting prospects into business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications.
Brand Growth & Marketing Support
- Support the growth of SureFlow’s brand presence across digital platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media channels.
- Promote company solutions and increase audience engagement through targeted campaigns.
- Assist in developing marketing initiatives that support business development objectives.
Networking & Market Intelligence
- Represent SureFlow at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities, lead progress, and campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Marketing, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with social media management and digital outreach.
- Comfortable conducting cold outreach and engaging with prospective clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to occasionally coordinate across international time zones with global leadership.
- Professional, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience within the Energy, Technology, IoT, or SaaS sectors.
- Experience attending industry events, exhibitions, or networking activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Position Details
- Location: Brooklyn, NY (In-Person)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Flexibility to occasionally coordinate across international time zones with global leadership )
- Compensation: $62,000–$66,000 per year, based on experience
- Reports To: Management
