KESHAH is a fast-growing hair-loss app. We help people stop hair loss and regrow naturally, without drugs, using a specific scalp-massage method. We run a fleet of creators posting short-form video (TikTok / Reels), and we're looking for a writer to own the scripts they film.

We already have a proven script framework and a set of winning hooks. Your job isn't to reinvent it — it's to extend it: write strong new hooks and scripts inside our format, customize them to each creator's voice, and write fresh variations we can test. The core claims and mechanism are locked; great writing happens inside those guardrails.

We're not looking for corporate ad copy. Our videos sound like a real person who's lived this, talking to someone else who's struggling. If you understand why some short-form videos pop in the first two seconds and most die, you'll do well here.

What you'd do:

• Write short-form video scripts from our proven framework (hook → mechanism → CTA)
• Write and rewrite hooks for testing — lots of variations, fast
• Customize scripts to each creator's voice and lane
• Review hook performance data and write the next round of test hooks based on what's winning
• Work within locked core claims (we'll teach you these on day one)

What we're looking for:

• You've written short-form scripts that actually performed
• You deeply understand TikTok / Reels — hooks, retention, pacing
• Clear, plain, human writing — not corporate, not salesy
• You're comfortable writing inside constraints (locked claims, set format)
• Comfortable reading basic performance data (retention, view counts) and letting it drive what you write next
• Bonus: experience in health, beauty, wellness, or DTC

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
