Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of robust automation solutions. This role is hands-on and client-facing, ideal for someone who enjoys owning solutions end-to-end.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant automation solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using industry-standard tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
• Lead automation solution architecture and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Translate business and functional requirements into efficient automation workflows
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Ensure automations meet security, compliance, and audit requirements common to federal contractor environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials
• Support client meetings, demos, and solution walkthroughs as needed
• Contribute to automation standards, best practices, and reusable components

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience
• Strong expertise with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar)
• Understanding of Agentic AI workflows
• Solid programming/scripting skills (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, Java)
• Experience working with APIs, SQL databases, and structured/unstructured data
• Understanding of SDLC, version control, and CI/CD practices
• Experience supporting clients in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal contractors or highly regulated industries
• RPA Solution Architect or Advanced Developer certification
• Experience in a consulting or client-services environment
• Ability to obtain or maintain a background check as required by client engagements
• Experience in building and deploying Agentic AI workflows
• Active Secret Clearance
