Responsibilities:
Develop website ecosystem to create a modern, audience-centric digital experience that supports prospective users’ discovery, including AI discoverability, engagement, and enrollment.
Architect and design a new web-based digital experience NX ecosystem that prioritizes the needs of prospective online users while supporting institutional marketing goals and providing a scalable foundation for future growth.
Work with stakeholders to analyze user behavior, review the current existing ecosystem and site performance, perform competitive analysis of peer institutions, identify target audiences, and key decision drivers; perform an architectural review.
Understand the methodology for conducting discovery and translating insights into website strategy; create a discovery summary, user personas, user journey maps, make strategy recommendations, and develop an information architecture framework; prepare reporting.
Build UX deliverables should include a site map for the redesigned ecosystem, user journey pathways, wireframes for key page templates, and conversion pathways for lead generation; provide recommendation to design high conversation digital experiences digital ecosystem
Develop strategies to optimize the website for modern search environments including traditional SEO best practices; develop and optimize AI-driven search and answer engines (AEO/GEO); recommend technical improvements to optimize and support search indexing and discoverability.
Deliver progress reports, timeline updates, and performance metrics; provide dashboards for visualizing project reporting and performance monitoring.
Lead project planning and execution, provide design expertise, deliver all agreed project components; provide workflow and documentation.
Requirements:
1. Must have a minimum of three (4) years of experience designing large-scale websites or
digital ecosystems.
2 Must completed or redesigned at least three (3) comparable website projects, preferably
for higher education institutions, large organizations, or complex multistakeholder
environments.
3. Must demonstrate experience designing audience-centric digital experiences focused on
improving user engagement, navigation, and conversion outcomes.
4. Must demonstrate experience in search optimization strategies, including SEO best
practices and optimization for modern search environments, including AI-driven search
and discovery.
5. Must demonstrate the ability to manage complex digital projects, including defined project
management processes, stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery.
6. Must provide a proposed project team with clearly defined roles and relevant experience
in UX design, digital strategy, search optimization and AI discoverability, and content
architecture.
7. Must provide at least three (3) professional references from clients for whom similar work has been completed.
8. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or WordPress are preferable
Pay: $99,361.99 - $119,661.76 per year
