Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is currently hiring for Warehouse Staffing Shift Leads on 2nd and 3rd Shift. We have multiple openings starting immediately.

• Full Time – 2nd Afternoon Shift and 3rd Night Shift
• Salary: $40,000.00 per year

Job Summary:

• Schedule employees through phone and in person communication.
• Check in employees at the start of the shift by arriving early and taking attendance for all temporary personnel.
• Record attendance and send out daily reports.
• Assist with timekeeping for the shift and reconcile hours in the timeclock.
• Conduct new employee orientations.
• Work closely with the Staffing Management team on all employee-related issues.
• Support Shift Supervisor with all on the floor personnel issues and training.
• Complete daily paperwork regarding employee headcounts, shift summaries, etc.
• Efficiently and effectively work to retain staffing associates

Requirements:

• Flexibility with hours is required
• Proven track record of reliability
• Basic computer experience.
• Ability to provide service that exceeds customer expectations
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Must be detail orientated with a high sense of urgency
• Previous experience in a Lead role
