Position Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to join our team. This position will be responsible for designing custom automation equipment, fixtures, nests, tooling, and machine components using SolidWorks.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who understands manufacturing processes and can develop practical designs that can be efficiently built in a machine shop environment.
This is a hands-on role that works closely with machinists, electricians, programmers, and customers throughout the design and build process.

The position can be tailored to the candidate's experience level. Entry-level candidates may initially focus on drafting, detailing, and supporting senior designers, while experienced candidates may lead projects from concept through installation.
Equivalent hands-on experience may be considered in place of formal education.
