AI Transformation Consultant We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven AI Transformation Consultants to lead the digital and AI transformation efforts for Vista's global organization. This six-month, fully remote engagement offers an exciting opportunity to shape and embed AI-driven workflows across multiple business units, delivering measurable operational improvements without software development responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with functional teams to understand current operational workflows and identify opportunities for AI integration. Redesign workflows to incorporate AI tools aimed at enhancing productivity, throughput, and cycle times. Lead the deployment of AI solutions within live business processes, providing light but structured enablement and training to ensure smooth adoption. Develop and track baseline metrics for workflow performance, quantifying the impact of AI implementation on capacity, efficiency, and operational metrics. Act as a trusted advisor, influencing behavior change within teams and driving a culture of digital transformation. Prepare and present executive-level reports demonstrating productivity gains and ROI, aligned with financial and operational validation standards. Serve as a “white glove” trainer and facilitator, ensuring each business area effectively integrates AI into their daily operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in enterprise automation, digital transformation, or workflow optimization initiatives. Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in operational settings. Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence business leaders and cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze workflows, establish KPIs, and measure tangible impact. Prior experience working in matrixed or global organizations is preferred.
