Job Title: Healthcare eLearning Instructional Designer (Articulate Storyline / LMS)
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (8 Weeks, Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: 35 hours per week (5 days, 7 hours/day)
We are seeking a skilled eLearning Instructional Designer to support the development of online training modules within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on designing and building interactive digital learning solutions for workforce training and compliance initiatives.
This is a non-clinical, non-software development role centered on instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technologies.
- Design, develop, and implement interactive eLearning modules for organizational training initiatives.
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) across all phases of development.
- Build courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, and Audacity.
- Develop microlearning modules, training videos, and multimedia learning assets.
- Create supporting materials including job aids, manuals, flyers, and visual content.
- Upload, format, and publish content to internal systems and learning management platforms.
- Perform cross-browser testing (e.g., Chrome, Edge) to ensure functionality and usability.
- Identify and resolve technical or design issues during QA/testing cycles.
- Support continuous improvement of eLearning standards and instructional technologies.
- Ensure alignment with compliance training requirements and organizational learning standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eLearning development or instructional design.
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and/or Camtasia.
- Experience with multimedia tools such as Photoshop and audio/video editing software (e.g., Audacity).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably PeopleSoft ELM.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and interactive learning principles.
- Experience with QA/testing for digital learning modules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Design, or a related field (required).
- Experience in healthcare, public sector, or compliance-based training environments.
- Knowledge of microlearning strategies and video-based learning development.
- Experience working in enterprise-level learning environments.
