We are seeking a Financial Analyst for an established manufacturing company in the Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities, including journal entries and reporting packages
• Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast)
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial modeling, insights, and decision support
• Analyze cost drivers and operational data to improve margins, efficiency, and performance
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports; assist with executive summaries and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using a variety of software. ERP experience, a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hours:

• Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
• Hybrid work schedule

• $65-75k, depending on experience
