Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as an Adobe Specialist (After Effects) supporting AI Training and evaluation initiatives. In this contract-based remote role, you will apply your expertise in motion graphics, animation workflows, and AI-powered creative tools to help improve and evaluate next-generation AI systems.

This is an hourly-paid contract opportunity, not a traditional full-time motion design or training position. Candidates will work on project-based AI training tasks while collaborating remotely with distributed teams in a flexible work environment. No prior AI experience is required — your creative domain expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review content related to After Effects workflows, motion graphics, and AI-assisted animation techniques.
• Contribute to AI training and evaluation projects through creative workflow analysis, response evaluation, prompt testing, and related tasks.
• Guide teams and AI systems in leveraging Adobe After Effects to optimize creative and animation workflows.
• Develop learning resources such as tutorials, documentation, workflow examples, and best-practice guides.
• Stay current with trends in motion design and AI-powered creative tools, integrating emerging techniques into project workflows.
• Assess outputs for quality, clarity, creativity, and technical accuracy while providing actionable feedback.
• Foster collaborative communication in remote team environments that encourage experimentation and innovation.
• Communicate technical and creative concepts clearly through written and verbal formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Adobe After Effects, including advanced animation and compositing skills.
• Strong experience incorporating AI tools or plugins into motion design workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to explain creative and technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated experience training, mentoring, coaching, or reviewing work from creative professionals in remote settings.
• Solid understanding of digital media production pipelines and creative collaboration tools.
• Adaptability to evolving technology and industry standards within motion graphics and AI-assisted creative work.
• Mid-level professional with strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a creative educator or technical trainer in digital media.
• Certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud or related AI-powered creative software solutions.
• Exposure to additional motion graphics, animation, or AI platforms beyond After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation or AI training-related creative tasks is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
