SUMMARY: The CRM Coordinator is responsible for the strategic coordination and optimization of the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem. This role ensures the CRM platform supports end to end customer lifecycle management, enables sales and marketing effectiveness, and delivers accurate, secure, and actionable data across the organization.
The CRM Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, IT, and executive leadership, translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions while driving adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is one who is capable of gaining high CRM adoption and user satisfaction across Sales and Marketing, improving data quality, reporting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and marketing operations with strong alignment between CRM capabilities and commercial strategy.
This is a US based role, which will require occasional travel and flexibility with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
Estimated pay range for this role, commensurate with experience, is $75,000-$90,000/year. This is an exempt, full time role eligible for benefits, 401(k), paid vacation, sick, and holidays.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
