THE ROLE

Are you an experienced and passionate Toddler Teacher (Toddler Guide) with a heart for nurturing young minds?

Austin Children’s Academy is looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Montessori Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our Dual Language Spanish Immersion Toddler classroom in Cedar Park.

This full-time position is ideal for someone who loves working with toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years, speaks both Spanish and English fluently, and wants a long-term opportunity to grow with a respected Montessori school community.

QUALIFICATIONS

To effectively teach and care for children, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of classroom experience with toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years strongly preferred
• Montessori Certification or Montessori training is a plus, but not required
• Experience in a licensed child care center, preschool, daycare, or Montessori school preferred
• Must be consistent in demonstrating a strong work ethic
• Must be comfortable assisting with diapering, toileting, meals, nap time, cleaning, and toddler classroom routines
