We are a growing jewelry and precious metals company with multiple locations, and we are looking for motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Bloomfield & Ross Township locations

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, working with people, and learning about jewelry, gold, silver, and luxury retail.

Responsibilities:

• Jewelry sales
• Test and appraise gold, silver, and platinum jewelry
• Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products and services
• Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while demonstrating excellent teamwork

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and high energy
• Self-motivated with an outgoing personality
• Polite demeanor with the ability to confidently engage customers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
