Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a clear eye for detail and numerical accuracy
• Aptitude for — or strong interest in developing skills in international business
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Business-level Japanese or Chinese language proficiency (reading, speaking)

Preferences

• Familiarity with import/export documentation or international commercial terms (Incoterms, letters of credit, freight forwarding, customs)
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
• Prior internship or work experience in sales support, sales operations, procurement, accounting, finance, or a similar function
• Interest in or exposure to industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, or B2B sales
• Knowledge of, or coursework in, supply chain management, procurement, or logistics
• Coursework, experience, or background in U.S.–Japan business or international trade

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
