Position Overview: We are looking for strong, talented dedicated L3 (or L2 for the right candidate) Linux Systems Administrators to join our team. You MUST have documented web hosting industry experience. In this role, you will manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support to our staff and clients.

The position is a rotational shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support web, database and other various forms of servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and occasional network issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security best practices are followed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Assist with backup and recovery procedures.
• Document technical processes and solutions.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator performing the tasks mentioned above.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (Windows is a bonus).
• Experience with cPanel control panel
• Experience providing web hosting support
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM, QEMU, Hyper-V)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

You MUST have professional L2 or L3 experience with general Linux systems administration tasks such as setting up new servers, installing and configuring software such as Apache, nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL, etc... Configuring NICs, performing general troubleshooting, managing storage such as expanding filesystems or attaching NAS, etc...

You MUST have professional experience with cPanel/WHM and administering servers with these control panels.

Huge plus if you have experience with any of the following::

• Any Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
• Windows Server admin and/or SQL Server admin experience.
• Experience with additional hosting platforms such as Plesk, DirectAdmin, Interworx, Virtualizor, WHMCS and others.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Bash,PowerShell, Python)
• Experience with backup software such as JetBackup, Veeam, or similar
