You’ll ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack, with the craft and care required for enterprise trust, as we bring Work AI to every employee, in every company.

About the Role:

You will:

• Own a focused product area within the Admin Console, helping define how admins understand deployment health, investigate issues, and take action with confidence.
• Work closely with engineering and design to turn ambiguous admin pain points into clear product requirements, user flows, and shipped improvements.
• Talk to customers and internal teams to identify where admins get stuck today, then translate those insights into product bets that make Glean easier to operate and more self-serve.

About you:

• You’re curious about complex systems and excited by products that help administrators and end users succeed at scale.
• You bring strong product judgment, clear communication, and a structured approach to breaking down ambiguous problems.
• You enjoy working cross-functionally, learning quickly, and balancing customer empathy with business and technical constraints.

Location:

• This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Mountain View office)

Compensation & Benefits:

The standard base range for this position is $60 hourly. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
