Join WITRON as an IT Helpdesk Associate (RCC)!
As an IT Helpdesk Associate, you play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our client’s logistic distribution centers built on in-house warehouse management software (WMS) reports and dialogs. You combine proactive and reactive monitoring with deep analysis to identify, understand, and resolve application and system issues. Working with advanced tools, and real-time data, you help maintain smooth operations and continuously improve system reliability in a dynamic environment.
Salary: $50,000 a year
As an IT Helpdesk Associate, you will:
Monitor system performance across multiple client sites using a mix of automated monitoring and manual ticket-based tracking
Act proactively and reactively to detect, investigate, and resolve incidents with minimal disruption
Conduct in-depth root cause analysis using logs, monitoring tools, and PLSQL queries
Go beyond surface-level fixes by persistently digging into complex or hidden issues until fully understood and resolved
Continuously challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities to improve system stability and processes
Take ownership of incidents, demonstrating curiosity, persistence, and a drive to achieve lasting solutions
Document findings, resolutions, and improvement actions within the ticketing system
Escalate critical issues appropriately and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
Collaborate with a high-paced team and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking: Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective solutions
Experience with PL/SQL (Preferred): Familiarity with SQL databases and the ability to query and manipulate data using SQL.
General IT or Computer Interest (Required): A genuine interest in technology, computers, and IT systems.
Stress Resilience: Capacity to handle pressure and maintain composure during challenging situations.
Attention to Detail and Thoroughness in Data Analysis and Collection: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and completeness.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
