Are you interested in changing the world with behavior analysis? We have many exciting opportunities in our growing company and are looking for talented and experienced individuals with a passion for helping others. We continue to expand and serve individuals in the amazing state of Colorado, New Mexico and the Rocky Mountain Region and currently have several positions open for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Therapists (BCaBAs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and others seeking experience and work in the field of Behavior Analysis!
We provide in-home and in-community compassionate care that is evidence based. We individualize all our treatment plans, and provide unprecedented flexibility that allows our employee family to tailor their work-life balance to meet their needs.
We are a leading healthcare provider in the mountain west, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges (in rural areas too!). Rural Colorado and New Mexico families need services as well. If you are looking to be paid Private Equity (PE) wages and be required to work PE hours please look elsewhere. If you chose this profession to serve all ages and all populations especially those discarded by PE clinics due to behavior severity, age or where they choose to live, those most in need and desperate for help please look no further. We have been in business for 20 years, and are the most established behavior analysis outfit in the state. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services to our clients. We are a growing company expanding our services across Rocky Mountain states, across populations, and funding streams, with many advancement opportunities including leadership positions. All supervisory roles in our organization are BCBAs or BCBA-D's providing you a high level of ongoing support and supervision as you continue to develop and hone your behavior analytic repertoire.
We are looking for classically trained behavior analysts interested in working with diverse populations and age groups. We provide tremendous flexibility to our employee family in scheduling and provide individualized tiers to match our clinician’s personal work/life balance needs.
We provide a wide variety of behavior analytic services across a wide range of individuals, providing services across the lifespan to individuals with a variety of needs. We take pride in our community-based approach to services and recognize the importance of providing services in the client’s natural environment. We focus on improving the independence of the individuals we serve and helping them more readily access their communities. Our treatment programs involve coaching clients, care providers, teachers, and other natural supports to utilize effective data-driven strategies resulting in meaningful lasting behavior change.
Our BCBAs share their knowledge and skill by providing training for school personnel, parent support groups, and direct care staff. BCBAs are encouraged to participate in regional and international conferences. Opportunities are available for collaborative research and consultations with experienced BCBAs and BCBA-Ds. BSOTR provides competency-based training for all levels of staff, including supervisions for BCaBA and BCBA trainees. We provide FREE supervision toward your BCBA/BCaBA certification.
