Position Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide support to end users on a variety of technical issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical support issues. Deploy computers as part of upgrade schedule. Assist in other IT functions/projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help desk support
• Perform initial setup of new computers and/or upgrades (aging inventory)
• Troubleshoot PC issues
• Troubleshoot application issues
• Install infrastructure hardware, as needed, including network cables
• Backup for other IT functions
• Other special IT projects as assigned

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Enrolled in a computer related Associates, or Bachelors program.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience with Windows 7 and 10
• Basic programming knowledge

• Candidate must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the school year and full time during the summer months (will be flexible around class commitments).
