Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking two (2) mid-level and two (2) junior level Operations Analysts to support a proposal we are bidding on. This position is expected to be located in Arlington, Virginia. We estimate the award will be made later this year.

The Operations Analysts will support DARPA ACO strategic and operational activities through analytical support, milestone tracking, meeting coordination, and technical/programmatic analysis supporting advanced research and development initiatives.

Clearance Required: TS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Operations Analyst (mid)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or mathematics.
• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in operations research and analytical support activities.
• Experience assisting in coordination and management of large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience gathering information and applying analytical techniques.
• Two (2) years of experience organizing meetings and tracking technical and financial milestones.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to provide a signed Letter of Intent.

Operations Analyst (Junior-Level)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting DoD, Federal Government, military, intelligence, research, acquisition, or program management activities.
• Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, action items, taskers, correspondence, or operational activities.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, organize, and analyze information and prepare written products.
• Experience preparing reports, briefing materials, meeting notes, or executive correspondence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to provide a signed Letter of Intent.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting DoD R&D organizations.
• Experience preparing executive briefings and analytical reports.
• Familiarity with DARPA or advanced technology programs.
• Experience supporting TS/SCI environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support strategic explorations and special program activities.
• Track technical and financial milestones.
• Develop analytical reports, briefings, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, taskers, and stakeholder engagements.
• Provide technical and programmatic support to ACO leadership.
• Support acquisition and transition planning activities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The Salary for this contingent hire position: junior $75,000-100,000 and mid $100,000- $115,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 10 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
